2. Products and prices
Prices are in euros including VAT. Amounts shown in other currencies are indicative; the amount charged is the one confirmed by PayPal at payment.
3. Order and payment
Your order is confirmed once paid via PayPal (PayPal account or card). Payments are encrypted (SSL) and processed by PayPal; we never see your card details.
4. Shipping
Ships from Europe within 24–48 business hours. Free shipping across all of Europe (EU and non-EU). International shipping (outside Europe): €14.99. Outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return the product without giving a reason. Returns are free: email us to receive a return label. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the product.
6. Warranty
The product is covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects, plus the 2-year commercial warranty stated on the site.
7. Disputes and mediation
French law applies. In accordance with French consumer law (art.
